Your files, in a few steps
Every purchase includes a PDF with a private link to your collection. The link opens a download page where you can save the complete ZIP or individual images. No account or sign-in is needed.
Find your order PDF
Once your payment has gone through, Etsy makes the PDF available in your order.
- Signed in to Etsy: open Purchases and reviews in a web browser and choose Download files next to the order.
- Bought as a guest: use the download link in the order email from Etsy.
If the Etsy app does not show your digital files, open Etsy in a web browser instead.
Open your download page
Open the PDF and tap the collection link. If tapping does not work, copy the full address printed in the PDF into your browser's address bar.
The page shows the collection name, the delivery version, a button for the complete ZIP with its file size, and a list of individual images.
Download and unzip the ZIP
The ZIP holds the whole collection in one file. Large collections can take a few minutes, especially on a mobile connection. Let the download finish before opening it.
Windows
Right-click the ZIP in your Downloads folder and choose Extract All.
Mac
Double-click the ZIP in Downloads. A folder with your images appears next to it.
iPhone and iPad
Open the Files app, go to Downloads and tap the ZIP. A folder with your images appears beside it.
Android
Open your file manager, such as Files by Google, find the ZIP in Downloads, tap it and choose Extract.
Keep a copy of the extracted folder somewhere safe, such as your computer or a cloud backup.
Save single images
Need just a few images, or working on a phone? Tap an image name in the list to download that file on its own. On an iPhone or iPad, files go to Files › Downloads; to add one to Photos, open it, tap Share and choose Save Image.
If something goes wrong
- “Download not found”: the address is probably incomplete. Copy the full link from the PDF again.
- The download stops: try again on a stable connection. Downloads can usually resume where they left off.
- The ZIP will not open: make sure it finished downloading, then try the steps above for your device.

Keep your link private
Your download link keeps working, so you can return to it later. It does not ask anyone to sign in, which means anyone who has the link can open the page. Please keep it to yourself and do not post it publicly.
